The team of event & regie is composed of creative and customer-oriented employees who strive to create something great out of every idea. We work with joy and ambition to make your wishes and dreams become reality.
Jan Lerner
…is the founder & managing director of the company event & regie - Kommunikation aus Sachsen GmbH. With many diplomas and 15 years of experience Jan has shown his knowledge in the event branch. With a degree in business in 1996, a master training of event technology for stage and studio in 2009 and studies for a Bachelor's degree in Events Technology Management and Operations (CCI) he has a lot of experience to show. Since 2016 he is licensed as an expert and specialist planner for preventive fire protection special buildings.
With these qualifications he is ready to cover all areas of communication, event planning and management, security and event management and public relations.
Nick Franke
… has been part of the event & regie team since February 2017 and studied media management at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences, majoring in "Media & Sports". He was able to gain experience during his studies, e.g. as marketing manager in a local radio station. He is an expert for flying constructions in event technology and a certified event manager for events. His responsibilities include event and security management and the subject area of planning and simulation software.
Christian Vogel
… has been part of the event & regie team since March 2022. In the years before, he held various roles in culture and event management, such as project manager for the "Tag der Sachsen" (Day of Saxony) 2022 in Frankenberg, cultural operations manager in Zschopau, and event manager for the U20 European Basketball Championships in Chemnitz 2018. During his studies in media, sports, and event management, he already gained experience in the conception and implementation of various events, including internationally during his time with the British Basketball League. He takes on cross-project tasks in the event management sector.
Patricia Arnold
… joined our team in April 2022. After studying literature and cultural studies in Dresden and earning her master's degree in Berlin, she was a freelance publishing and sales manager at the Blue Cat media group. After many years of experience in the cultural industry in Berlin, she moved to Chemnitz in 2020. Most recently, she trained as a businesswoman for office management. Now she is responsible for office organization and supports the project managers in the back office.
Toni Colditz
… is a permanent part of the team since November 2022. With several years of freelance experience in the field of event technology and a degree in audio engineering/music production at the SAE Institute Leipzig, he is responsible for the technical aspects and ensures the good sound on site.
Furthermore, in the area of logistics, he takes care of our material and vehicle maintenance as well as their provision. In general, he supports the team in cross-project tasks.
Gert Fiedler
… has more than 11 years of experience as Sales Manager in the "Home Entertainment - Area". Both event and promotion planning, as well as planning and coordination of strategic and operational tasks. The development and calculation of advertising and marketing campaigns in conjunction with budget responsibility are also among his skills.
Janosch Vogdt
… is our man for special projects. Janosch has 17 years of professional experience in the conception, planning and implementation of large-scale projects. Among other things, he was involved in numerous international film premieres, as well as open airs and festivals. He has also gained experience in the implementation of product presentations and gala events. Janosch is also chairman of the examination board of the IHK (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) for marketing clerks in Berlin. With his skills he supports us in various projects throughout Germany.
Oliver Monte
… is a trained event manager and has been working in various areas of event marketing since 2001. Between 2003 and 2010, Oliver held various positions at the agency Zander & Partner Event-Marketing, where he looked after well-known clients from the insurance, automotive, pharmaceutical and IT industries. We draw on his expertise for various event formats. He has also been a member of the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce's examination board since 2009.
Steffen Stoltmann
… as a trained advertising manager, he loves to keep many balls in the air at the same time for 18 years. His expertise is the creation and conception of successful live productions. In addition, he brings experience in the field of project management to the table, with a particular strength in the role as an event and sequence director. He proved this skills on international productions at gala and show events, award shows or opening events.
